Here at TD Gift Solutions.com we love coming up with new designs and being creative. To allow us to provide a variety of products to our customers we use multiple vendors to produce our products and they are made to order at the time the order is placed. With that said, items may arrive in more than one package and on different delivery dates. 

**Due to COVID-19 and unforeseen weather there may be travel delays of your package outside of our control.**

Shipping FAQs

How long does it take to create my product?

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

How long does it take for delivery?

Delivery times will vary depending on which vendor is creating your custom product. On average delivery times are 2-12 business days. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Because our items are made to order at the time the order is placed, certain conditions apply. View our full return policy page here. 

  1. If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address.
  2. Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (print aesthetic or damaged item)
  3.  For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted. This is because all of our items are custom made to order. We do not have inventory on hand and produce your item only when you place the order so therefore there is no item to be exchanged. 
  4. After contacting us, we will walk you through the steps to ship the item back to us.
